Saffron Grant BEng (hons) and NLP Master Practitioner is an accomplished consultant, coach and trainer in a wide range of disciplines including communication and employability skills, team performance and practical construction training. She is an Approved Trainer for the Construction Skills College and an Associate Lecturer for Glasgow Caledonian University.
Saffron leads the training, consultancy, coaching and business development aspects of ChangeGives. She combines her creativity, resourcefulness and knowledge by continually seeking to identify new applications for her successful professional services and training models and taking the work of ChangeGives into new sectors.
As well as delivering training to private companies, local authorities, colleges and universities she is passionate about developing and delivering innovative training models and curricula which make critical personal development training available to those who wouldn't otherwise have access to it. In addition to her work with ChangeGives, Saffron is the Founder and Director of up4site, a Commmunity Interest Company (CIC) whose purpose is to help people who are furthest from the labour market to get a foot on the ladder into the construction industry. Her holistic approach to coaching, facilitating and training means that she is flexible and able to accommodate audiences of any kind.
Away from work, Saffron lives with her husband Chris and they are proud parents of two girls. She enjoys running, going to the gym, going to gigs and singing in a contemporary choir.
